A subcontractor to one of Europe‘s largest training facilities for flying professionals wanted to help produce a flysimulation of emergency landings for training of flight crews on Bombardier CRJ900.
According to airline and operator of Crew Training, the project was the initial digitization of an aircraft mockup (artificial fuselage / cabin) in Europe with 18 screens around the mockup. GATE would help give life to the project.
There was a focus on emergency landings because it would help the training of the crew in an emergency but the longer flights became an extra benefit from the project GATE made a design for the production of animations, which relied on the use of platform technologies.
